MONROE toolkit

The MONROE toolkit is one of the results of the MONROE project which objective was to analyse how research and innovation (R&I) and related policies affect the European economy at macro, regional and sectoral level, using a set of macro-economic models.

The visualisations show how the growth of European countries can get an additional impulse when applying policies which encourage research and innovation.

When interacting with 6 "policies' sliders" the visualisation shows the effect of changing policies (with respect to the actual situation for each country) on growth.
