How Europe moves

How Europe moves shows the labour migration flows within Europe.

The visualisation as a whole gives an impression of how Europeans are making use of the possibility to work in other European country and which are the general trends.

When clicking on the countries, only the 'from' and 'to' flows related to that country become visible.

In order to define the directional aspect of the flow, a gradient of colours has been used from the origin to the destination country and additionally a smooth line animation shows the direction.
